An eyewitness who watched a man brutally killed with a machete-style knife and dumped in a street tonight dramatically revealed how he watched the two attackers behave like 'crazed animals'. The man, known only as James, said he and his partner saw two black men attack a young man aged around 20 in a Help for Heroes T-shirt like he was ‘a piece of meat’. Fighting back tears, he told LBC Radio: ‘They were hacking at this poor guy, literally. They were chopping him, cutting him. These two guys were crazed. They were just animals. 'They dragged him from the pavement, dumped his body in the middle of the road and left (it) there.’ He said that after the ‘horrendous’ attack, the two men, in their 20s, stood around, waving knives and a gun, even asking people nearby to take pictures of them ‘as if they wanted to be on TV’. ‘They were oblivious to anything, they were more worried about having their photo taken, running up and down the road,’ he said. ‘They had no intention of running off or leaving or anything. In my opinion, they were waiting for the police to arrive to be shot by the police. That's the only thing I can think. It's horrendous what they were doing to that guy.’

Reports TMZ:Chief Keef -- the 17-year-old rap sensation -- was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia yesterday for disorderly conduct ... TMZ has learned. The details surrounding the arrest are unclear. According to the booking sheet, Keef -- real name Keith Cozart -- was listed at 5'9" and 160 lbs. After the arrest, Keef tweeted, "Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As f**k." Keef is considered a prodigy -- and has rapped with huge stars like 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa. Keef is no stranger to the law ... he's been arrested at least two times before -- and even has a gun conviction under his belt.

The story:

A father who rigged up a video camera in his kitchen to capture ghosts he thought were haunting his house accidentally caught his girlfriend making love to his teenage son instead. Convinced his home had been overrun by supernatural spirits, the man, from Tasmania, Australia, set up the camcorder in his kitchen, pressed record and went to work. But when he returned to view the footage his paranoia turned to horror as he watched his partner of 11 years enter the room and begin canoodling with his 16-year-old son.

The 28-year-old woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, pleaded guilty at Australia's Supreme Court to five counts of sex with a minor, claiming she hadn't realized 16 was below the age of consent. The court heard how the affair began when she went into her de facto stepson's bedroom weeks earlier to discuss his driving lessons.

But the conversation soon turned to tickling, then kissing, cuddling and sex, the court heard. She later took the boy upstate where they had sex several times in a hotel room. The boy's father was so angry when he saw the pair petting in his haunted kitchen, he confronted his partner about what he had seen but she downplayed it as an innocent cuddle.

But his son told a different story, admitting they had had sex on several occasions. The man called the police and his girlfriend was duly arrested. The court heard the woman was ashamed and embarrassed by her actions and had tried to repair the broken relationship. However, her lawyer Steve Chopping told the courtroom: 'She accepts this is not a relationship which can or will continue.' Justice David Porter remanded the woman in custody and will sentence her on Monday. The case continues.

Manhattan attorney Neil J Squillante claims that he can no longer sit down after taking on Focus Integrated Fitness' prescribed workouts whose clients include Beyoncé, the New York Daily News reports. The workouts, once called 'Beyoncé’s Secret Weapon' by NBC's Extra, were said to be 100 percent safe while prescribed by a personal trainer to him in 2010. Instead he says they left him in excruciating pain which made the company laugh.

After his first workout that May of that year he says he complained saying 'his arms were so sore from the workout that he could not lift them.’ Squillante claims that one of the company's co-owners, Gabriel Valencia, 'chuckled' and told him it was all 'normal.'

A federal judge approved a $40 million class-action settlement Monday between Skechers USA Inc. and consumers who bought toning shoes after ads made unfounded claims that the footwear would help people lose weight and strengthen muscles. U.S. District Judge Thomas B. Russell in Louisville approved the deal, which covers more than 520,000 claims. About 1,000 people eligible for coverage by the settlement opted not to take part. Those with approved claims will be able to get a maximum repayment for their purchase - up to $80 per pair of Shape-Ups; $84 per pair of Resistance Runner shoes; up to $54 per pair of Podded Sole Shoes; and $40 per pair of Tone-Ups.

Russell also awarded $5 million for the attorneys in the case to split. Russell ordered that the money cannot come from the $40 million settlement fund set aside for consumers. Two people that served as the lead plaintiffs in the case will receive payments of $2,500 each. Russell considered multiple factors in deciding to approve the settlement and found it provides just compensation to the plaintiffs. 'Accordingly, the court finds that the proposed settlement is fair, reasonable and adequate,' Russell wrote.

 U.S. airlines collected more than $6billion in baggage and reservation change fees from passengers last year — the highest amount since the fees became common five years ago. Passengers shouldn't expect a break anytime soon as those fees— along with extra charges for boarding early or picking prime seats — have helped return the industry to profitability. Airlines started charging for a first checked suitcase in 2008 and the fees have climbed since. Airlines typically charge $25 each way for the first checked bag, $35 for the second bag and then various extra amounts for overweight or oversized bags.

The nation's 15 largest carriers collected a combined $3.5 billion in bag fees in 2012, up 3.8 per cent from 2011, according to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics. Fees for changing a reservation totaled $2.6billion, up 7.3 per cent. The airlines took in $159.5billion in revenue last year and had expenses of $153.6billion, according to the government. That 3.7 per cent profit margin comes entirely from the baggage and change fees. Delta Air Lines once again took in the most fees — $865.9million from baggage alone — but it also carried more passengers than any other airline. Delta collected $7.44 per passenger — about average for the industry. Low-cost carrier Spirit Airlines collected the most, an average $19.99 per passenger in baggage fees last year. The government only requires the airlines to report revenue from baggage and change fees. The bad news doesn’t stop there as passengers can expect to pay even more this summer.
